Well, that's a little scary, dear Judy, but remember your head and lean on your professional experience to think clearly and take advantage of all the expertise available to you.

I found this short explanation:

"Indeterminate pleomorphic calcifications that are considered suspicious ("BI-RADS 4") are more often benign than malignant. Cancer is detected in the biopsy in about 15-20%."

If you will feel more comfortable with a biopsy, then make sure you get one.
