That is so true Judy. I always heard that medical people are the worse patients. 13 years of working in a hospital and taking care of Jim after work made me one of those. Knowledge is not always power.
Did you know I quit the medical field because I was learning too much? lol The stress of seeing and caring for so many sick and then coming home to care for Jim took it's toll. I developed burnout and knew it was time to get out. I went so far away from it and became an artist.
I was always told I should be a nurse but my biggest fear was becoming Jim's nurse rather than wife. Funny how life turned out anyway. God knew what was up and let me take flight, if only for a little while. That guy upstairs knows his stuff.
