I re-read your post a few times (not 12, yet) and I agree with everything you said. Totally.

I'll have to go back and read my own post again and see if I can figure out where our thoughts don't mesh. Perhaps I should have concluded with "Sometimes I don't understand and I wonder if it's worth it. Sometimes I even think it's not. But someday, from the perspective of His Presence, I'll see that it was worth it all along."
