Hi,
I can't get myself to take a shower or wash since sometime last week -- probably Thursday. One day I might have stuck my hair under the faucet and washed it -- can't remember which day, and I'm not really sure about that.
That's been it other than brushing my teeth.

Since I feel dirty, I've been staying in the house the past two days. . . .


Maybe I should keep a journal so that one day does not run into the other.
