I wonder if I will survive this week

I wonder if I will come to a peaceful decision about whether I should put my Dad's dog tag in with his ashes, or keep it? He placed it in a envelope with his lil can opener , the envelope simply said “ Nikki’s” ………that tells me he wanted me to have it.
I wear it every day, I haven’t taken it off once since he passed….
Even though I know he wanted me to have it, and it brings me great comfort, part of me still feels he wore it for 23 years while in the service, it was his blood sweat and tears and he should have it. What to do, what to do...

I wonder if I can say I have to go now and leave a for EVERYONE!!!
