Wow, is that sooooooooooo true. It does help finally being diagnosed and put on the correct meds. It makes you do and see things differently than before, almost like that other person wasn't you.
Still, Stress triggers......................at least being BP II the depressive side for me.
I wish I could just turn off the mind for awhile sometimes. Keeping busy helps for the moment. Being with people helps.
Right now my reality sucks, but there is no escape, and I must deal with it, and I am to the best of my ability, but it is still real hard and hurts.
