Question: how close to your blowups were the steroids (injections?)??

I rage like a caged Tasmanian devil () for about 2-3 weeks after an epidural steroid injection.

You do sound a 'tad better. If you can get a handle on your sitch at work, it will empower you. It goes a long way toward ramping up your self-esteem when you realize you're a heck of a lot smarter than upper management
