I've been dealing with a lot of vertigo lately too. One trick that seems to help is keeping an eye on a fixed object at a distance, not looking down, not looking at things that are close. That's what they tell you to do if you get sea sick on a boat, look at the horizon.

I hang onto something solid and look at the furthest thing in the house as I walk. And I go very slow on the stairs.

At times I have to avoid situations where there will be bad lighting )flickering or too bright), too many things moving - like in the wind lately, the trees moving around and stuff - and too many distractions in general.

I can't do shopping like this.

I hope you get your script and feel better soon.
