Boy, I must have been the luckiest person when I got my 3 from Overstock.com. I had to carefully uncompress it, then I laid it out on my dining room table. Next day it was all shaped up. We just carried it over to the bed and there it was. We bought 3 toppers over a period of 6 months. I honestly don't know what Alan would do if I took them off of the mattress. (and there was no odor when they arrived). Maybe different manufacturers??

All I know is that today it's around 95 degrees and getting higher, (we do NOT have air conditioning in the living room. Never had. But we do put it on at night in the bedroom.)

I hate air conditioning. My arthritis hates it. I like heat.
