I passed the quarry one morning
Rushing to get to work
The sun was shining
It was warm and breezy
My windows were down
The radio OFF
I heard something ODD
And quite intruiging
Echoing off the granite walls
I looked up and had to stop
And watch the
Eagle circling
His lonely cry
Touched my heart
And made
My day....
