Lois, yes I get achy when fatigued. About every 2 to 3 hours I need to rest to get rid of this achy feeling. My neck muscles get weak and my head falls forward and then my neck hurts. My eyes get tired and weak and then ache after reading or being on the computer too long My ribs right under my breast (diaphragm area) get weak after I am sitting again at the computer too long And that diaphragm area aches. My back sometimes aches, too. After all of this over-use of body parts I sometimes also get shortness of breath. My best type of relief is to get in my bed and lay down. And also to learn to not OVER-DO. Sometimes I use these heat pads I put in the microwave to help the aches go away.

Oh, also my right calf muscle sometimes seems to ache. That might be due to my overuse of the treadmill at times. When I feel strong, usually after a nap and Mestinon, I try to exercise for about 30 minutes. I actually try to do this every day. I am trying to keep my muscles strong.

Lois does this help?
