OMG, I can't believe all the post I got. Thank you everyone.
Cherie, As far as the testing, it was just expositing me to a chemical watching for SX, removing the chemical and seeing if the SX went away and repeating. And than the blood work just to rule out "true" allergy to things. Most Dr don't know how to test for MCS or even how to treat it, my Dr was very clear and up front that she doesn't know how to treat it.
