Very interesting, CTL. considering I went for a sleep study a week or so ago to look into my daytime fatigue. During the sleep study, I don't think I got more than 2 hours of sleep between the dystonia in my feet, the very cold room, and a thermalcouple that kept falling in my mouth when I yawned. When I got home, I slept around the clock and felt 100% better the next day. So much for a sleep study!
What is interestig too is I go through periods of not sleeping well then make it up later on after everything catches up with me. During my terrible sleep periods, I have major limb movements, and recently punched myself in the mouth. I had a bloody lip when I got up the next day for work. After the bad sleep period, I'm back to my normal vivid dreams that climax again into lots of movements over the course of several weeks.
