Often the bladder will slip down out of it's normal place and stress incontinence will occur. You can tell you have stress incontinence if you leak urine when you cough or sneeze.
Pelvic floor exercises like the ones Curious mentioned are a good non-surgical way to get this under control.

LOL...now I have a bigger problem..... Enema met with resistance and ended up dripping down causing a burning sensation. Now Im really swollen, burning, discharge and spotting!!!!! Plus I feel pressure/heaving in that area. Im spent a while in a cold shower!!! Getting the benadryl and an ice pack and hoping to sleep.
