Kay is a-ok.



just exhausted... long day, long drive, monthly VISA renewal, and major-supplies shooping, still recovering from Monday.

by the drive home, I was getting hideous foot cramps, and was near tears.



luckily, I did the ol' hippy-dippy homebirth-thing back in the 70s, and thus, knew how to handle distress, by breathing through it.



it took every IOTA of personal strength I could cobble together to handle it calmly... because there's nowhere to walk it OFF when you're in the car, and gotta get home before dark to feed the animals, so, can't stop.

somehow I managed.
