Hi all

Water aerobics went well. A little muscle fatigue, but feeling good!! I'm definitely going back next week. Nice bunch of ladies.
Amazing how much of a workout you can get in a pool. The hardest part was getting used to the floatation belt so you could do stuff like "bicycling" in the deep end.
Brain's a little fuzzy so need to get lunch, lol. I'll probably try a nap later on too.
