I've just resigned myself to staying indoors all summer. I've tried to go out in the middle of the day and just cannot handle the heat and humidity.
If I need to do something I have to do it early in the morning or after sunset. I feel like a vampire!!
But, I know what the conditions outside will do to me so I just try my best to avoid them if possible.
I've also started drinking lots of extra water. Keeps me running to the restroom and interrupts my naps but it seems to help me not feel so lethargic.
