I'm here.

Dd#1 is giving up dairy. We decided thats "bigger" for her than gluten, since her blood tests were neg. So...she's getting gluten at school and in soup. So far there's just a lot of "I don't want to be allergic to dairy!" echoing around the house. She's had only one tummy ache...following a dinner with Grandma. My fault, I know, I know better. I don't want her to be allergic to dairy either! (Okay...I just don't want to give up cheese...but if it helps her...)

Now I just have to figure out what to keep feeding them. The kids seem to do better with more grains in their diet (I definately do better with less) Sweet rice flour crepes were a success...Chebe bread sandwiches...rice cakes...the voice in the back of my head is freaking out on low fiber content, but they seem happy
