its more towards the heel area and all around to top of foot and yes the pain does radiate to the arch area as i moved it wrong and the pain shot down my arch. so yeah thats an ouch

should be feeling better as soon as deb gets home with some antiiflams naporsin(sp?) and some oxycodones, the delotnum (sp?) the pain injection
