I guess the basics as I know it are - {it's been awhile since I've studied/read on it}
{I don't have it but have read about it since some of my TOS/CMP sx overlap with sx of Fybro}

Fatigue - with unrefreshing sleep
touch sensitive skin- all over achiness
specific tender points - at certain places on the body
I think having 11 out of 18 of these points suggest FM ??
