Did you read the thread? Marlene explains how to use the essential oil safely. And only one type of geranium is useful.

You buy these in healthfood stores, or online at places like
iherb. And no, it does not cost $30.

You only use a couple of drops at a time.

The Neuragen claims St.John's Wort as the active ingredient.
If you click the label on the site, it gives the ingredients.
Geranium oil is part of the carrier essential oil.

I don't know much about St.John'sWort and PN.
