Cherie - Chicago would not be for me. Although I have more symptoms with the heat and humidity, the cold still can bother me as far as spasticity is concerned.
OK, so we don't have much humidity here but a little shift in the humidity and you can tell the difference. It's funny how in the winter months you hear about -10 degrees with a wind chill factor. . . . They have nothing for a humidity factor. Kind of like it may be 106 with 7% humidity but it feels like 96 but 106 with 90% humidity it feels like 150 degrees.
