Gaye, my hair appointment will start at 11:00am and I should be home by 1:00 pm. i do hope we can talk soon again. I have patient on Friday and Sat. I work all afternoon at store in town. next week I am having some work done on the house, 2 of the porches. Always something, don't let that stop you. I can't go to Terre Haute, almost all roads are closed do to the damage from all the flooding. Its bad all around here. I drove 28 miles further yesterday out of my way, just so I could go to the bigger town. It wasn't worth it!

I am afraid to get on the scales. My tummy is bigger and it makes me sick. I even got a sticky on refrigator, just to remind me. This yogert has made me sick at my stomach. Must not eat anymore.

I did take two walks today, trying to exercise more.
