Certainly, drugs used for infection, specifically fluroquinolones,
Cipro and Levaquin are neurotoxic. People do have reactions,
including delirium and even seizures.

But Lyme itself can have affects on the brain. I recall reading about a young man put in a mental hospital, who was really suffering from Lyme.

Some people when given mixtures of drugs, have a change in the blood brain barrier and experience delirium and other problems. Even simple drugs like Pepcid and Zantac can do this.
