He says to eat 90% of your calories from plant sources -- which prob means no more than a few eggs a week --- I'm not a mathematcian
But eggs are a great source of protein so if you like them, eat them and accommodate them into the diet.

Both my tdoc and my accupunturist want me on the plant based diet.
I think that the tdoc pretty much eats like this.
