Lightbulb I am glad you are doing better.

I don't think Seroquel is a good choice for anyone with
insulin resistance.

Right now there is a huge scandal involving it...the CEO of
AstraZeneca was fired over it.

Seroquel increases blood sugar and causes diabetes.

Lying about risks is always alarming when drugs are concerned.

Using an atypical antipsychotic just for sleep? Bad choice all around. These drugs are implicated in causing death, in older patients. The UK has banned them for the elderly.
Also Risperdal in the same class causes pituitary tumors.

Your lack of sleep may be directly tied to the Cymbalta, IMO.
