I read it fast...it features a study about prudent eating. Folks who ate only lean meat, more veggies, less sugar...seem to have less heart disease and overall better health...will re-read later...but wanted to share. I guess it is mostly common sense, but most of us need the validation to help us keep going! Rushing this morning...didn't catch if it mentioned exercise and lots of water...but I would add those in as well.
