Get those fluids into you Shelley!! I find it helps llower my sugars!!!! Listen to me I should take my own advice!
Imaging that....if everyone took their own advice!!!
Of course my advice would be chocolate rosebuds ARE good for you...so I could eat them because I took my own advice!!! Hope y'all had a good day
