sinus can back up into the eustahion tubes, and laying stagnant can infect.

The steroid sinus spray will decrease the sinus pressure, but you would be better off using a Neti pot. or a sinus rinse system. Easy to buy at any local drug store. They come with a saline package that you mix with warm water to flush all the bacteria and stale stuff out of your sinus. NO drugs. it promotes healthy drainage, and doesnt have the back lash that other drug products have.

I do believe you need to be seen to be sure that A. your sinus infection has cleared, and B. That it hasnt caused your ear tubes to back up with infected material.
