I am sorry that you are upset.
I know how upsetting it is to fight....
and your not sleeping is not helping at all.
Thought I would have slept well last night related to my cold meds and drinking a bit of liqour...oh well.
It is the summer time, I thought there should be less stress for you guys,,, 
how is your diet going?
Is that causing any stress?
What about your yoga, have you been able to do that at all?
good luck with your therapist today...
maybe you will feel better after her session with you.
