i am finally going back on a supplement i took for a long time and saw great results. i stopped for a stupid reason. hubby thought i was still taking it, since he has a trade for personal training at the health food store. he decided to sell the products at the club and on our website. all natural stuff. he came home with a big bag full of samples and full size products for me to try. plus 6 bottles of mega cleanse so i don't run out. lol. whooohooo..i'll have good skin and healthy liver again. lose weight too.

eating has been going good. so much fresh fruit at low prices right now. eating no processed stuff. that really hasn't been hard. i was a little surprised. i do enjoy the prep time of cooking. hehehe..alffe..that is a big dr phil thing. i'm going back to my ole dr phil facilitator ways.
