Still on SB and doing well. Feels so good to be doing the plan and STAYING on it for a change.

Glad you're back on track with supplements Curious. I am taking a few helpful pills my self, like calcium but a friend said to take the gel ones, cause the tablets don't digest in the stomach. UGH, I have a big bottle so will have to wait or shoudl I just throw them out and start over. Kinda costly but maybe worth it if necessary?
