Sorry you're having to go through all this frustration! I'm not on WC, but I understand a little of what you're going through...we're having arbitration for my case in Dec (it was an auto accident with a drunk driver), so I've got appointments all over the place to try to get last minute things done before that. We were a no-fault state at the time of the accident, so our insurance has been paying the bills, but the last surgery exhausted those funds and now we have to use our private insurance, which involves co-pays and deductibles... We're on one income and these "extras" aren't in the budget.
Mine's been going on 4 1/2 years, too...I am really wanting it to be over, too! I hope you can get your Rx straightened out soon and get a decent settlement offer, so you can move on with your life. Even if the TOS doesn't go away, it seems like it would be easier if you're not always running here and there for W/C...not to mention worrying about your checks.
Vent away, I think that's what this board is here for!
