hi Lisa

i use the free version of MailWasher which allows me to vet and block before stuff reaches my Outlook Express inbox. Once you have blacklisted, it also stops further stuff from coming in, and you can also check headers to verify stuff. I also like that I can bounce the yuck back at 'em!
