First and foremost, you just have to vote like me and everything wrong in the world will turn out my way!
There are so many ways to try. It takes precious time but I agree that it is our children's legacy and lessons can be learned.
I will be watching the PBS news report that I saved on my DVR. It was about reliable websites that can educate me on various issues that are critical.
Objective internet sites can help decipher the truth and the claim of truth.
It is so difficult for me to keep my opinions neutral. I read history, I have been a part of history since the 1960's when I was only in second grade and JFK was elected and assassinated. I remember where I was when a kid walked into the lunchroom and announced that he has been shot.
I follow politics. My newspaper used to publish how my senator voted on various issues. John McCain just happens to be that senator. I have kept up with his voting record for many years. Ask me what he has done, it is a great indicator of what he will do.
But do it in PM because a public debate often inflames. Facts get lost in hot topics where opinion trumps issues...IMHO...wait!!! that is an opinion!
