I finally got my Order of Protection served to him at court, prior to him going into the court room, which is another injuction against him.

Yet, the prosecutor told me, the only one that can protect me is myself.
The piece of paper is only good, if I can get to 911, before he gets me.

I said so I should have 911 on speed dial he said yes. He said one Order was served in the am and the girl was dead in the pm.

That did not make me feel safe AT ALL. I carry mine all the time, along with my cell phone.

Also, my DV counsler told me, to NEVER go into the kitchen or bathroom if he does get in.

OH, this all is the pits. At least he didn't get his plea, because I brought in his priors from back East. So, now everything has to be reviewed again by the prosecutor (I never meet) there is always another one in court.

Plus his public defender, so they probably have another plea. A week from today is court again. It should be the last time. I can't count how many friggin pre-trials he has had.
