I took "pertinent negative (findings or data)" meaning that is what you do NOT have. You were negative for those items. Your PCP listed some findings of major depression, then said you were negative for other symptoms. Say you committed suicide this week because the "voices told you too" and your family sued him..........he has documentation that when he saw you, you did not have hallucinations or suicidal ideation.
