Wow, strange that NOBODY had anything to add to this thread.
I'm just as guilty as the rest - I have no 'official' biofeedback program or instruction that I follow. And listening to our bodies isn't a cake-walk. I'm trying
to pay more attention to when I
begin to get fatigued. If I'm really paying attention, I stop at the first sign of uncomfortableness when I'm on a walk or doing any exercise/task. But my type-A personality says push thru the pain, keep going.
WRONG-O!!!
If I mind myself (stop, ice, rest, stretch, etc.) I fair much better the next day.
