Al, Love the food pics - YUM I think starting a local support group is a great idea. I have know more than one group that started with only 2-3 people.

September and I am still NOT orgainized. Weather has turned beautiful with a drop in the temp. Lovely weekend on the lake.

Got some more results from Enterolab They confirmed that I am sensitive to egg white and yeast. I also test positive to soy and casein. I admit that I have not completely free of these yet except for added yeast. I will post this on a separate thread soon.
