I agree wholeheartedly with Allen about Newegg. I buy from them often. Always an easy transaction.

I was in the semiconductor industry for about 12 years. I worked with an engineer who is now at Intel, and he told me that he believes AMD makes a superior processor. But this was a few years ago. Based on that, I went with AMD when I upgraded my PC with a new CPU, motherboard, and video card.

Since then, AMD and Intel have been swapping "top dog" position in the reviews. I still prefer AMD. Just personal preference.
