Yes, there is a new pex treatment that has been invented that removes only the ACHR antibodies and leaves the remainder of the blood undisturbed. Less effects on the patient is the good part.

It's only being tested right now, so don't look for it in your local clinic for at least 2-3 years, and it will be useless for MuSK antibodies or others with seronegative MG. There's an article about it in this month's Quest magazine (MDA). I tossed my copy as I'm currently sick to death of MG and didn't want to think about it or I'd be able to tell you the name of the procedure.
