not sure what problem you are encountering?
If you go into your user CP http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/usercp.php you can change Your Avatar under the Settings section in the left side menu

are you trying that and still having a problem?
let me know if so, then I can have it checked for you


btw that link I posted will take each member into their own user CP so dont go worryin' that I have posted yours on the board
