I started giving Felix my 7 yr old cat some flax oil about a year ago.He did'nt like it on his food so much...So i have to break open a capsule and put it on his paw...He will run when he hears me open the jar..I'm not even kiddin..LOL
He hates it that bad!!!But it does wonders for his coat and digestive system..
