I have the muscle spasms too, from time to time. They seem to come in cycles, and once they start they can last from a week to a month or so. I've used the Flexeril, and it helped some, but was no great relief for me. I hope it works better for you, Lisa. The only thing I've found that really works for me were certain deep-relaxation techniques I've picked up from all over the internet.
