The best is the Residual functional Capacity form that social security doesn't want anyone to know about. I suggest get your hands on one and have your Doctor fill it out!!! I was denied the first time but when I had that form filled out...without an attorney I won my case hands down. No one can argue your disability when that form is filled out by your Doctor and social security vocational rehab's can not find you a job based on that form if filled out to your disability.
