he doesn't have to do crunches or sit ups.

have him just suck it in ( hehe..like we woman do ) and hold it for 4 or 5 seconds. do this a few times. keep adding a few more daily, then add the length of the suck in time after he feels comfortable.

it's a starting place to get the muscles working again. we know from having babies, they don't go back overnight. we do start lifting those babies right away. men don't tend to do that after surgery.

hope this all works out and he doesn't have to have another surgery.
