Default Hi Billy

I get this type of tingling and I believe it is related to compressed cervical nerves. If your injury or issue is high up in the neck or causes a problem with your neck you will have problems with the innervation(nerve supply) to the area in the back of your neck......this also explains a bit more about your headaches ......if you have higher up compression of nerves you may be getting compression of nerve headaches or vascular headaches due to compression of blood vessels or nerves in the same area as the compressed nerve causing your tingling.

hope some of this helps you
love and hugs,
Victoria
