Twink...I sho nuff am glad ya'll made it in one piece...95 if a fine old age and I hope he lives to see many more Bdays...tell him to have a happy one.
Just for fun, take him to see the younger gals and let him whistle at a few...my dad tells me that is what keeps him young. lol He just celebrated his 87 and my grandmother will celebrate her 100th Sept. 13.

She gets around better than I most days and worries herself to no end about my health. You can learn a lot from folks that have lived through the depression, things their parents told them, and how much has changed. All ya have to do is listen!! Bet your dad thought all those people were driving crazy. lol

Sandy...ask her what she wants and if it is within reason...let it be. Put yourself in her place, now, its your kids instead of you. How would you want things?

Parents are often stronger than we think...I believe the only reason Mrs Wikkins doesn't say anything, she loves her kids so much, she would shrivel up before hurtin their feelings. lol
