Definately quit that bank. I work as a collector in a credit union and we waive fees all the time, banks are fee based, that where we all make the money, BUT!!a happy member is more important to us. If you were a habitual abuser it would make sense to deny returning the fee, but this one time thing, I would go to the bank manager and raise cane, they owe some kind of loyalty for your years of banking with them!!!!! Report the woman that was so flip with you, that is very unprofessional of her to come back with that stupid statement. GRRRRRRRRRRRR, makes my blood boil!!!
