Hi,
I think that this effect may be due to the imbalance between dopamine and acetylcholine and the way that they interact. I had difficulty with leaning back and getting up especially leg stuff prior to meds, I cant say that it has improved that much, only changed, i.e. it is predictable with meds highs and lows being a factor. I'm no scientist so the info about this interaction came via a question to Dr Lieberman several years ago. Someone else may be able to explain it a lot better than me!
